veganism ruined my teeth, no question. My teeth have been falling out over the past few years because of a very simple habit I had. When I was a kid, I ate anything that was on the dinner table. Now I eat a diet that I learned about a long time ago that says, “No Animals Were Used in the Making of This Dish. Period.” So, I avoid the things my teeth are made of.
This goes along with another habit I’ve had for several years. I’ve been eating a lot of vegetables. I have also been trying to make my diet more plant-based. I’m talking about making the whole diet healthier, not just more vegetarian. The idea is to eat less meat and more fruits and vegetables. This has been a goal for me since I was a teenager.
While I agree that eating more fruits and vegetables will make you healthier, it is also the easiest thing to avoid because they’re what you eat. As for making your diet healthier, that is something you have to work on yourself. What I’m talking about here is making your eating healthier a goal you reach and then staying focused on it. I’d suggest the following steps: Make it a habit to eat at least two servings of fruits and vegetables per day.
Well, that’s the easy part; actually, this is the hardest part. It’s the fact that you have to eat more fruits and vegetables if you want to avoid the vegan death. It’s not really hard to do, but you have to put time into it. You have to start seeing what vegetables you should eat and learn what fruit you should eat. I think I have a pretty good idea of what a fruit, for example, is.
Yeah, I didn’t really take a lot of time to read all of these, but I think I have a pretty good idea of what vegetables are. I know for sure that they were apples and carrots. I might have a little trouble finding out what a cherry is.
It’s actually pretty easy to find out what a cherry is. You just have to figure out what the fruit is, and then you know what it is as well. I have a little theory in my head, but it just seems like that for a long time. I just don’t know what to do with it, so I just don’t know.
Well, the problem is that many people eat meat, and so their teeth are very well suited to digesting it. But most vegans are vegetarian and so their teeth tend to be rather poorly suited to digesting anything that has meat in it. So you end up getting a mouth full of bones and bits of meat. It’s kinda gross, and it doesn’t make sense in the first place.
Of course, the theory can be used for good, i.e. if you were vegan for a long time then your teeth wouldn’t be well suited to digesting meat, so they’d just be great for getting it out. You’d just have to get used to not having as much meat in your diet. And that’s what happened to me.
The sad thing is that you can easily become a vegan for a while, but then you get used to eating meat again. Meat is a lot harder to digest than it used to be, and you start to see teeth and bone fragments everywhere. And you feel a little sick.
I would have said the same of my teeth. I don’t really remember the actual cause, but I’m sure after all that time on Meat Free I would have gotten used to it.
