With the help of a few friends, I’ve made my way into these three things I’ve been trying to do for the past few years. I’m going to be doing the best I can to keep this from getting too overwhelming and overwhelming for me. It’s not about the diet, it’s about getting stronger.
The idea is to get lean so we can do a lot of the things that only the most successful athletes do. At the same time, you have to do your best to maintain that strength (i.e. diet, strength training, and recovery), and you need to do this so you can be in the best shape of your life.
Basically, if you want to be the strongest man on earth, you have to eat well AND you have to do your best to keep your strength up. The problem is most people dont know what to eat. And most people dont know how to do strength training. And most people dont know how to eat right. Im not going to write any recipes but I will provide a list of some things that you can do, the ones you need to do.
When you go from a weight to a strength, it usually takes about 20 minutes. If you need a bit of time, it usually takes about 15 minutes. But if you need to be fast, you need to do all that muscle and strength training and recovery and all that cardio and cardio and cardio and cardio. You need to be a fast man, you need to be strong, you need to be a fast person.

That’s kind of what we were talking about in our first article on the new Deathloop trailer. What we can’t help but notice is that the video is full of so much cardio and strength training that it sounds like our beloved Arnold Schwarzenegger had a stroke. But hey, once you start doing those things, there’s no going back.
It would have been nice if the new trailer had given us a sense of how we’d feel after a week of those high-intensity workouts, but hey, it’s Deathloop we’re talking about here, we can’t do anything about it.
We’re sure these new cardio workouts are going to help us lose some weight too. But even though they are designed to burn fat, they also burn glucose, the body’s main energy source. That makes them doubly dangerous because your body stores glucose as glycogen, which is necessary to supply the muscles with fuel. So if you’re trying to lose fat, you’re better off eating better than doing cardio.
It’s really important to be aware of your own sugar intake and to watch your glucose levels to keep them within a reasonable range. That way you can keep your blood sugar stable and you can maintain the right balance of carbs, fat, and protein during your diet.
Well, that’s a good point. I always thought that high blood sugar levels were bad because it was basically a form of insulin resistance. It was a good idea to keep your blood sugar within certain ranges though. And to keep that fat loss, I highly recommend doing a high-protein diet (which will increase belly fat) as well.
