I’ve been on a good detox diet since I was 21. But it was when I got my first major food allergy that I was really getting back on the wagon.

Now I understand what you should be getting out of these videos. It’s the life changes and the detox diet videos that are causing the most stress on me. I’m sure most of you have figured this out by now. I feel it is important to point this out because it is quite apparent to most of us that these lifestyle changes are the only way to go. So let me explain with my own personal experience.
I am not by any means a medical doctor, but I do have a few medical degrees from a few prestigious universities. I have been using Ayurveda for at least 20 years. I have had a variety of health problems, but I have been able to reverse them with this practice. In Ayurveda, a person’s health is based on the amount of vata in them. When vata is low, the body is not as energetic as it should be.
A high dosage of vata will keep the body’s energy high, and a low dosage will keep it low. The reason for this is because vata is a tonic for many body functions and it helps improve the general health of the body. But in Ayurveda, vata is also used to relieve the pain and discomfort associated with a number of diseases.
For example, in Ayurveda, there’s a practice called nirodha where if a person who is suffering from gout is given an injection of the juice of a cactus, they will feel better very quickly. This is due to the fact that vata is a tonic for the body, but it also helps relieve gout. This medicine is also very effective for stomach problems.
In Ayurveda, there’s also a tradition where it is recommended to take vata to relieve the pain and discomfort of fever. If a person is suffering from fever, they should take vata to help relieve their pain and discomfort.
