I think one of the major benefits of a high-carb diet is that it gives you a sense of control. Once you start eating like a pig, it’s really hard to go back. One of the biggest problems with a high-carb diet is that it’s hard to really stop. Because once you’ve tried to go back on that diet, you just end up gaining weight.
And that’s why I’m going to add more carbs to my diet. I’m going to start cutting out the sugar and grains as much as I can. I think if you add carbs to your diet, you’ll start to feel a little more in control and you’ll be able to stop eating the bad stuff (i.e. carbs).
