And as a little bonus, you can also add in whole grains and low-fat dairy products (like yogurt) to your diet.
This sounds pretty crazy, but the metabolic confusion diet plan is actually a pretty good one. The idea is to cut calories by up to 1,000 a day, adding in lean protein meals like chicken nuggets, turkey burgers, or fish burgers. And if you go beyond this, well, you’ll be able to lose weight with a little of this and a little of that.
This plan should be a great start if you’re looking to shed some unwanted pounds. And I’m not just talking about the kind that you’d find in the fridge when you’re in the kitchen. This is about weight loss on a larger scale, so you should be able to eat a little bit of this every day and a little bit of that every other day.
I think this is a great diet plan and one that I recommend to all of my clients. Just be sure to go for a good walk every day, too. And I know this, I’ve been there.
