I recently started a new series of articles about Low Sodium, and I wanted to share some recipes that I’ve been using for years that are low sodium, especially since I’ve been writing about them.
Ive been using a few recipes in this piece to illustrate some of the main points. The first is a recipe for a chicken salad with celery and pecans.
