For those of you thinking of living dairy free, the reality is that it is a lot more complicated than that. Yes dairy is good for your health and it can help in weight loss, but the reality is that it carries a lot of health risks. This is why we need to stay away from dairy. It can be very dangerous for your health. There are a lot of studies that link dairy with diabetes, heart disease, and cancer.
