I have to say, the way that most health experts talk about eating breakfast scares me. I actually love it, but I am just not a fan of the whole meal. I also don’t like the idea of it being a one-time event. I also really don’t like the idea of eating a “big” breakfast all the time, or of consuming huge amounts of cereal.
I know this is against the grain, but I have to say, I actually like the idea of cereal. I don’t mind the calories, I just hate the way it makes me feel. That said, I also love the idea of cereal, because I could eat it any time I want whenever I want. You know, all the time.
I’ve found that if I eat cereal, I feel much better. It’s not going to leave me alone, but it will take up less room in my stomach and at the same time, the calories don’t seem to be as bad as they usually are.
One of the best ways to eat cereal is to throw it in the microwave. Because your body heats it to between 150°F and 180°F, you can microwave it and eat it the same way you would if you ate it out of the microwave. I don’t know about you, but I always have cereal in the microwave. I always microwave it. I hate it.I do not hate it.
Microwaveing is a terrible idea. It takes away the benefit of a microwave. If you throw cereal in the microwave, you are literally just eating it out of the microwave. The microwave does not heat it. A microwave cooks food at a certain temperature, not at a certain time. It takes a certain amount of time to cook. What you are doing is microwaving a grain and then trying to eat it, and not even bothering to heat it to the right temperature.
For this reason, I don’t microwave my cereal. I just eat it out of a paper bag. Or a foil. Or a plastic bag. Or a Styrofoam container.
Because cereal is made from grains, you could argue that it is a grain. But of course, most grains are made from plants, so it doesn’t matter.
It is a grain, but you are cooking it on the stove. So lets see how much time is required to cook at a certain temperature. Lets say the grain is cooked at 350 degrees F. This would be a long time to cook! Of course, you can cook it at the same temperature and then eat it out of the paper bag, but that is much easier.
Most people I know never eat cereal from a paper bag. If you do, you are probably just doing it wrong. For those of you who have tried to eat cereal in a paper bag, there is a real problem. You are cooking it at less than 300 degrees F, which is very high. When you cook at this temperature, the grains will start to disintegrate and the food will likely come out tasteless and unappetizing. It is a very bad way to cook cereal.
The correct way to cook cereal is in a bowl. It is best to do it in a bowl because the steam created by the cereal cooking will help cook the cereal to a more tender texture. This is also true for your favorite cereal. If you cook your cereal in a bowl, you can put it on top of a bowl of water, which will help keep the cereal from going mushy.
