The average adult is consuming somewhere around 18+ cups of salt a day. Considering all the ways that sodium is excreted and processed, this is an average that is often higher than what most people are consuming.
There are a lot of factors that go into salt consumption, but one of the biggest ones is salt content. While it’s important to know the amount of sodium in one egg, it’s more important to know how that amount stacks up to the average amount of sodium we’re putting in our bodies.
In the new trailer we learn that the salt content is something like 11.5 grams per 100 grams or roughly 11.5 milligrams in each egg. That’s the equivalent of one teaspoon of salt. If you’re putting that in your body, your body would probably struggle to digest it, so we don’t recommend it.
This is a little less than the average amount of sodium in one egg and it’s still quite high. If you take the average of that, you end up with roughly one-twentieth the amount of sodium in an egg. So you might be putting a little too much of the stuff into your system. But it does raise the question of the effect of this.
To make a long story short: It is not a good idea to eat large quantities of sodium, but it is definitely a bad idea to eat too much of it.
It is also the case that the amount of sodium consumed can be quite small. In fact, the amount of sodium in one egg is so tiny that even if you accidentally eat an egg with more sodium, it is still pretty small. For that reason, it is a good idea to take care of your sodium intake.

The amount of cholesterol in one egg is about one egg. Add salt to your food and you are basically adding salt to your food. The sodium and cholesterol in your food is going to go into your bloodstream, so it will slow down your metabolism and probably cause you to become fat.
Salt is one of the most important nutrients for good health, so it can definitely be added to your food. It’s just a matter of how much and for how long. If you’re going to eat salt, you want to eat it for the rest of your life. On the other hand, you don’t want to go crazy when eating salt. You don’t want to go from a normal diet of salt and water to a diet of salt and sugar and fat.
