The fact is that the majority of our thoughts and actions are on autopilot. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing either. Our habits, routines, impulses, and reactions carry us through our lives so we don’t have to stop and think about it every time we wipe our ass or start a car.
You can’t change your habits. You have to change your patterns. For some people, this means they have to get off the couch and become more physically active. For others it means they have to get their blood pumping and get moving more often. Either way, the best way to change patterns though is to start moving. It’s like a long race where you are trying to finish the best you can. You’ve got to keep your focus on your finish line, which means you’ve got to try to run faster.

This is also a great excuse for someone to eat more. One of my favorite books is The Secret. Its so good because you can read it while eating. The reason I love this book is because you have this idea of what you are gonna eat, and it gives you all these great ideas on how to eat and stay healthy. Of course, many people don’t really give it a thought and then they end up eating all these bad, harmful things.
My suggestion is to keep your focus on finishing your workout. You’ll be rewarded with a much faster metabolism and lower fat intake, which in turn will help you reach a much better body composition. Just keep in mind that you can’t expect to lose fat without exercising.
This is why my husband is a huge fan of this new strategy diet plan. Just make sure to keep your metabolism going to the highest levels possible.
I have a special diet tip for you. You don’t have to exercise if you don’t want to. You could be working out at home and still lose fat, but the same thing applies. Just keep your focus on what you’re doing in the gym and do what you need to do to get started.
