These charts show you just how much fat you have to eat to get the same amount of calories as the chart says. The more fat we eat, the more calories we need for our body.
By the way, in this trailer, the “researchers” are saying that the food labels are all over the place. So if you don’t eat anything that is really hard to stomach, don’t try this recipe.

The most often used food label is “fat free.” This food has a much lower fat content than the food you get in the salad bars, so you have to make a lot of those to get fat-free food. But you do have to eat the fat-free food every day to live.

The reason you use fat-free food instead of eating the salad bar is because salad bars have a lot of fat in them, and you are not going to get fat eating this salad. This list is a food diary for the scientists, so it’s all about what you eat over the course of a day. We’ll be trying out different foods including a cheeseburger, a bowl of corn flakes, and a bowl of rice.
