I am pleased to present my latest book, “Dr. Kelly Ann Cleanse,” released in May 2016. The book is the culmination of a two-and-a-half year journey with Dr. Kelly Ann as she began this journey to help me better understand how she cleans.
This book is a complete overhaul of my cleanse and detox system. I was also given the opportunity to work with Dr. Kelly Ann in a couple of her programs. She has helped me with things I never thought about, such as how to use a charcoal or tea candle to cleanse and detox and how to keep a good food diet going for the long term. The book is also filled with information on how to use the Cleansing and Detox Program.

In it, you eat only healthy, natural foods, drink clean water, and get some good nutrition in with the cleanse. The Detox Program is also designed to help you shed weight.
