This is a new program that I have been looking into following since my last article.
I’ve been looking into it for a while now, trying to figure out what the hell it is. I’m honestly not sure what it is exactly, although it sounds kind of fun. I’m also not sure that it is a good idea or a bad idea.
You’re probably wondering if this is a diet or a keto diet. It’s both and it’s not. The diet is a low carb, high protein diet while the keto diet is low carb, high fat diet. These two are completely unrelated. The diet is simply a way to shift your body’s metabolism to burn fat instead of carbs. The keto diet is a fat-burning diet that can lead to weight loss.
There are so many great recipes in the “cookbook” menu that I personally find it hard to believe that it is just a “cookbook” menu. So the list goes on and on. It’s not a bunch of recipes, it’s just a recipe.
The keto diet is most often used to battle Type 2 diabetes. A common misconception is that it is not safe for diabetics to follow. However, there is no evidence that such an extreme diet actually causes diabetes. It is well known that a low carb diet lowers blood sugar. As long as you eat a lot of vegetables and healthy fats, a low carb diet is likely not going to cause you to become diabetic.
There is evidence that a high fat diet is good for diabetics. The reason why is that the body has to work harder for glucose to be burned. If you are diabetic you will likely need more insulin and your blood sugar will be probably be higher. You won’t be hungry like you would in a low fat diet.
As it turns out, there is a good reason why people who are diabetic are obese. A high fat diet is good at clearing your blood sugar. If you are obese, you will likely need more insulin so that your body gets the glucose from the food you eat. This will cause your blood sugar to be higher than normal, and you may become diabetic.
So if you are diabetic, you will likely need more insulin and your blood sugar will be probably be higher. We have heard that someone who is diabetic will actually gain weight. And there are all kinds of reasons why someone who is diabetic will gain weight. One of the most common is that the pancreas is producing insulin in a slow, steady, and continuous mode. So in a regular healthy diet, the pancreas will just be producing insulin and not be able to process it because it is using the glucose from the food you eat to do the work.
This makes sense because the pancreas is the main part of your body that processes glucose, but it doesn’t have to do this. Other parts of your body can do the work. For example, your fat cells are able to use glucose to manufacture and store glucose and use insulin to convert it into glucose. That’s why the fasting person who does not have diabetes has no problem losing weight. These other parts of your body can still be doing the work.
