So often, diet coke soda, and the various diet soda drinks, seem to be consumed in large measure as a substitute for wine. I know this isn’t true, but I find that a glass of wine can be quite refreshing and a welcome way to end a day.
I have also found that diet soda is an excellent way to get a good night’s sleep. A glass of wine or a sip of beer, on the other hand, can really get you going.

I really don’t drink in the morning. My stomach is not in control for me, but it’s getting into my head. It is a bit like having a drink that’s not in your head but gets in your mind all over the place. I’ve seen people do this for a while, but it’s a no brainer.
