When I was younger, I used to dread the thought of cleaning up the kitchen and the bathroom. I was so afraid that the dirty dishes would end up on my hands and I would end up cleaning them up again. I was embarrassed by it. Now, I simply enjoy the process of cleaning! I also find that most of my cleaning tasks are the easiest, like the kitchen.
I think it is because of this idea of “I am a housewife” that most people tend to clean their bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchens like nobody’s business. I have to say though, I’ve probably cleaned my kitchen and bathroom more than I have my own house, and I have a real love for the process.
The idea of cleaning has become much more social, and I think it’s because I’m trying to make a point that I want you to clean your own home just as much as I do. A part of me does it more because I like it, but another part of me just wants to keep things clean.
I dont mean to single out cleaning, but I think a lot of women are like the guy who gets so excited about the end of their cleaning project that she runs out of the room screaming and throws a paper towel at the door. The problem is that most of us are doing it to impress our significant other or our neighbors. We want the clean slate back, but we dont want it to look like a scene from a cheesy horror movie.
I have to admit, I’ve been doing a lot of work on my house lately. I started redoing the kitchen and I’ve been cleaning up the bathroom as well. I’m just trying to sort of stay on top of it all. I always have a little time to go over the kitchen and bathroom. When I’m on the road, it seems like every time I get a chance to sit down and relax in the bathroom, I end up cleaning the rest of the house.
At the risk of sounding redundant, this reminds me of something I used to hear from the guy on the show “30 Rock” years ago. He said that you should never ever touch the bathroom sink. He went on to say that you should never ever touch the toilet bowl. You should always use the bathroom. Well, that may not be true, but I feel like Ive been doing a lot of work on the bathroom lately.
I feel the same way about cleaning the rest of the house. We’re just so busy cleaning the bathroom that I doubt I have time to clean the rest of the house. I think it’s the same with the rest of the house. We’re so busy cleaning the bathroom that there’s very little time left for the rest of the house.
In the same vein, I think I should also not touch the toilet bowl. But I should also keep the rest of the house clean. I think its the same with the rest of the house. Were so busy cleaning the bathroom that I doubt I have time left for the rest of the house.
It seems that most people think that the bathroom is a private place, but they don’t really know that they are a private place. As long as you don’t open the door to anyone else and you don’t touch or move anything else, then you are allowed to be on the other side of the threshold.
I’ve found this one very interesting to read. I mean, I get the idea of people making a private space out of their bathroom, but I don’t think you can really tell the difference between the private and public spaces. I mean, I’m sure if you try to do that, you’ll find yourself in a public space where people won’t even look at you. But you can tell the difference in private spaces.
